Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped via LTL freight with lift gate service. Customers are responsible for receiving their order directly from the freight carrier. Delivery is provided as threshold service and will not be brought inside the jobsite. Please ensure you have the proper assistance to unload your shipment upon delivery.

SHIPPING NATIONWIDE

Shipping is a flat rate of $199 for most areas within the continental United States. Rates may vary depending on the state, county, or remote/rural location, and delivery lead times may be extended for such areas.

COLOR/ DOOR SELECTION

Before completing your purchase, please verify that all items in your cart match your intended door style and color selection. If you’d like to see the doors in person before placing a full order, sample doors are available for purchase.

LEAD TIME

Luxor Line: Offers shipping in as little as 12 days. Concord Line: Lead times vary based on door style and color selection. Most Concord orders ship in approximately 3 weeks, though certain colors may require up to 6 weeks. LVP Flooring: Offers shipping in as little as 12 days.

READY TO ASSEMBLE

All cabinets are priced as fully assembled. For those interested in deeper discounts, Ready-To-Assemble (RTA) cabinets are also available. Please contact [email protected] for pricing and availability on RTA cabinetry.

CHANGES TO ORDER

Changes to order – Changes to orders can only take place within 24 hours after order has been placed. After 24 hours, orders will likely not be able to make changes.
Order cancelation – Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after order has been placed. After 12 hours orders can not be canceled. No refunds will be issued after cancelation window.

Return Policy

All orders are designed to fit your space only. Returns can be made within 15 days after delivery date.  Items must be in their original packaging and free of damaged.  Refunds will be issued after items have been received and inspected by Cincinnati Cabinet Store.  Refunds will not be issued for incorrect items returned, damaged items, or items that are not in their original packaging.  We are not responsible for damage that occurs to items during return shipment.  A restocking fee of 40% + the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the monies refunded.
