Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped using LTL freight with lift gate delivery. Customer is responsible for receiving order from freight company. Delivery is for threshold service and will not be delivered into jobsite.

SHIPPING NATIONWIDE

Shipping is a flat $199 for most areas within the continental US. Shipping may vary pending shipping state, county and lead time could change based on rural locations.

COLOR/ DOOR SELECTION

Prior to checkout, please confirm all items in cart match your intended door and color selection.

LEAD TIME

Our Luxor line offers shipping in as little as 12 days. Our Concord line lead time very pending door style and color option. Concord is typically 3 weeks but some colors may take up to 6 weeks.

READY TO ASSEMBLE

All cabinets are priced as assembled but deeper discounted “Ready To Assemble” (RTA) cabinets are also available. Please contact [email protected] for pricing details on RTA Cabinetry.

CHANGES TO ORDER

Changes to order – Changes to orders can only take place within 24 hours after order has been placed. After 24 hours, orders will likely not be able to make changes.

Order cancelation – Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after order has been placed. After 12 hours orders can not be canceled. No refunds will be issued after cancelation window.

Return Policy

All orders are designed to fit your space only. Returns can be made within 15 days after delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging and free of damaged. Refunds will be issued after items have been received and inspected by Cincinnati Cabinet Store. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect items returned, damaged items, or items that are not in their original packaging. We are not responsible for damage that occurs to items during return shipment. A restocking fee of 40% + the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the monies refunded.

Luxor Collection

The Luxor Collection is our partial overlay cabinet constructed from plywood. All drawer boxes are made with dovetail construction and come with a slab drawer front and soft-close undermount glides. A Five Panel Drawer front upgrade is available in the white shaker cabinets .

Drawers

¾” solid wood dovetail side, ⅜” thick bottom. High quality epoxy coated steel undermount soft close glides.

Doors

A ½” reveal, 2½” wide shaker style door with a flat center panel, Mortise and Tenon construction, slab drawer front.

Cabinet Box

Full ½” plywood box, installed with our interlock system. Screwed to top and bottom. Frame: ¾” thick, 1½” wide, kiln-dried solid hardwood.
